  [Y]: whether to apply min dimensions to the frame

• host

  [dev, test, prod]: what host to get finder from ([finder-dev, finder-test, finder].vtinfo.com), if not included "localhost:8081" is used

• themeVersion

  [1, 2, 3]: passed to iFramed page, if ==2 will also pass "theme=bs-paper"

• custID

  : passed to iFramed page, if not included "VIP" is used
